Order Confirmation for High-Value Orders

If a customer places an order valued at Rs. 10,000 or more for the very first time, we may require a payment of a 20% percentage of the total order amount as a confirmation before dispatching the order. This is to ensure the order will be received and to prevent fraudulent or abandoned orders.

However, if the customer has a proven order history with successfully paid and received orders, we may proceed with dispatching high-value orders (Rs.10,000 or more) without requiring an advance payment.

Our team reserves the right to assess the order and customer history before confirming the dispatch of any high-value order.

Note: Advance payment will be asked in the Bank account which is already mentioned at The Fun Factory website, and if using IBFT from outside Pakistan, the bank account will be in the name of Muhammad Usama.
